On April 29, Guangzhou Liyi Technological Innovation and Investment Co., Ltd., A wholly-owned subsidiary of Liby Group, and Shanghai Baozun E-commerce Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Shanghai in respect of establishing Baoli Company.
